Meet the founder
DaysWon is led by Chesky. His strength is seeing where a process breaks down: the extra step, the missed handoff, the task only one person knows how to do.
You'll work with him directly. The goal is simple: find the few changes that give you the most time back, and put them in place.
How we think
Fix the process first.
Automating a broken step only makes it fail faster, so we fix the process before we automate it.
Use the tools you already have.
New software is a last resort. In most cases, the tools you have are enough.
Keep people in charge.
AI prepares the work. You approve what matters and can always see what it did.
Build only what saves time or money.
Every system has a clear job, measured in hours and dollars. If we can't show where the savings come from, we don't build it.
